Patricia DeMatteo, Ed.D., RCSW, BCD

Dr. Patricia DeMatteo has been in practice for over 25 years. She is a Medical/Clinical/Spiritual Psychotherapist. She sees individuals, couples, families, and groups. In addition, Dr. DeMatteo does business consulting and coaching.

Total health care integration is both a preventive and lifestyle model used in her practice. Dr. DeMatteo has taught for several universities and does presentations regarding Lifestyle Choices.

She graduated from Syracuse University with a Masters Degree in Social Work and earned her Doctorate Degree in Education from Nova University with an emphasis in Family Health Education. She is licensed to practice psychotherapy in New York and New Jersey and is a Board Certified Diplomat. Dr. DeMatteo is active in the pursuit of continuing her knowledge through various seminars, workshops and course work.

A definition of mental health is basically your attitude and approach to life. Psychological, environmental, genetic, physiological and spiritual factors all have a profound effect on your overall mental development and well being.
